All of our steaks are Premium Angus Beef.  Our steaks are all seared, then grilled over a low flame for maximum flavor.  Please allow ample time for proper cooking.

Steaks are cooked to our customer's request.  Consumption of raw or undercooked foods of animal origin may increase your risk of foodborne illness.  Consumers who are especially vulnerable to foodborne illness should only eat food from animals thoroughly cooked.

Cooking temperatures:  Rare: raw, red center     Medium Rare: cool, red center     Medium: warm, pink center     Medium Well: warm, dry, faint pink center     Well: dry, gray center

Served with a selection of potato and vegetable, unless otherwise noted.  Substitute a Cluster of Onions or Loaded Potato - $1.49
