Ribs and Company

We can customize any of the menus to your specifications.  Catering can also be accomodated with the menus below.

A deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm reservations.  The deposit will be deducted from the total amount due.  If your party is cancelled within 7 days of scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded.  A final count and menu must be given 7 days before the event.  You will be charged for this final count.  As of 6/20/08, there will be a $.50 per person cake serving charge.  A 7% sales tax, 1% local tax and 20% service charge will added to your total bill.  Please be advised that white table cloths are included with all of our party menu packages.  Napkins are also included as noted below.  Napkins are available in a variety of colors.
