Our Steaks are Angus choice, 21 day aged corn-fed, mid-western beef and hand cut here at Ribs & Company.  Please allow ample time for proper cooking.  Served with your choice of potato and vegetable.

Cooking temperatures:  Rare: raw, red center     Medium Rare: cool, red center     Medium: warm, pink center     Medium Well: warm, dry, faint pink center     Well: dry, gray center

Cowboy Delmonico - 24 oz. bone-in Delmonico.  Broiling with the bone and rib meat retains more juice and flavor - $23.99

Delmonico - The Eye of the Rib.  Known for its richness because of the greater quantity of marbeling - $19.99

Filet Steak Tips - Char-grilled with a Teriyaki glaze.  Served with a blend of wild rice and roasted vegetables, garnished with grilled cherry tomatoes - $15.99
